I am from India. I am an Avionics Engineer and also a managent teacher. After doing my post graduate studies in Engineering I obtained a Master's Degree in Management. I earned my Ph.D. in Management. My area of research is Strategic Management. Currently, I am doing studies on ethics in business and society. I have written a book titled THE CARE REVOLUTION: A New Agenda for Resurgent India which will be published in March' 1999. The book covers topics on organisation culture, conception of values, building Care Teams, care teams in government and a caring society.
